To be part of our challenging, passionate world we are looking for a Occupational Health and Safety Team Leader to be charged in our HUGO BOSS Izmir factory.

What You Can Expect
  • Developing Occupational Health and Safety Systems within the company and advising the company management by following the relevant legislation.
  • Leading activities related to ensuring occupational safety and preventing occupational accidents.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of trainings within the scope of occupational health and safety in the workplace.
  • Checking, using and providing safety equipment and personal protective equipment for all machinery and equipment in the team and in the area of responsibility in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety rules.
  • Assessing the health and safety situation of the workplace with occupational physicians and creating and implementing relevant preventive action plans.
Your Profile
  • Preferably graduated from Engineering Faculties of universities.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in a similar position.
  • B or C Class Occupational Safety certificate.
  • Deep knowledge about Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Good command of Management Systems.
  • Experienced in risk analysis.
  • Production experience (involved in field improvements).
  • Dynamic, strong human relations and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of English.
