Ne Bekliyoruz?

  • Üniversitelerin ilgili Mühendislik bölümlerinden mezun,
  • Yazılım proje yönetim süreçleri ve çevik metodolojiler (Scrum, Kanban) konusunda bilgi sahibi,
  • iOS uygulama geliştirme konusunda en az 8 yıl deneyimli,
  • UIKit, SwiftUI, CoreData ve diğer iOS frameworklerine aşina,
  • RESTful API entegrasyonları konusunda tecrübeli,
  • Unit test, kod kalitesi ve performans optimizasyonu konularında yetkin ve deneyimli,
  • App Store süreçlerini bilen ve yayınlama konusunda tecrübe sahibi,
  • Xcode, Git gibi araçlarla çalışmış,
  • CI/CD süreçleri (Jenkins, GitLab CI vb.) hakkında bilgi sahibi,
  • Firebase, Google Analytics, Crashlytics gibi araçları etkin bir şekilde kullanmış,
  • Kullanıcı deneyimi (UX) tasarımı ve uygulama süreçlerinde bilgi sahibi.
  • Hızlı değişime uyum sağlayan ve değişimlerdeki fırsatları değerlendirip fark yaratan,
  • İnisiyatif alma becerisine sahip, proaktif ve yaratıcı yaklaşım sergileyebilen,

Turkcell'de Principal Mobile Application(iOS) Developer Rolü Ne Yapar?

  • Ürün ve çözümlerin yazılım mimarisini, teknik ve fonksiyonel yol haritasını belirler, tüm yazılım ve geliştirme yaşam döngüsünden (SDLC - yaratılması, yaşatılması ve gerektiğinde dönüştürülmesi ya da sonlandırılması) sorumludur,
  • Müşteri iş ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda, ürün ve çözümleri geliştirir. İş birimlerinden gelen taleplerin tasarım-geliştirme safhalarının müşteri odaklı ve rekabete uygun hızda ardı ardına geliştirilmesini sağlar,
  • Sorumluluk sahasındaki yazılımların istenen kalitede üretilmesini sağlar, kalite stratejilerini belirler,
  • Sorumlu olduğu alanlardaki geliştirmelere ilişkin performans testleri ve test otomasyonlarından sorumludur,
  • Geliştirme faaliyetlerini iş süreçlerine uygun olarak gerçekleştirerek dokümante eder,
  • Sorumlusu olduğu altyapılar ile ilgili süreçlere ilişkin ihtiyaçların analiz incelemesini (review'unu) gerçekleştirir, teknik tasarımları oluşturur, proje planlarını detaylandırır, geliştirme (development) fazını yürütür ve test destek aşamalarında görev alır. Devreye alımda on-site ve on-call destek verir, olası soru ve sorunlar konusunda hızlı bir şekilde aksiyon alınmasını sağlar,
  • Devreye alım sonrası destek ve kod değişikliği gerektiren konularda ilgili yazılımların gerçekleştirilmesinden sorumludur,
  • Production hataları için operasyon ekiplerine 3ncü seviye destek verir,
  • Müşteri şikayetlerinin azaltılması konusunda çalışmalara katılır,
  • Sorumlu olduğu sistemler ve geliştirmeler için gerekli olan yatırım bütçesini planlar ve yürütür,
  • Uygulanabilir teknoloji, ürün ve çözümlerin oluşturulmasına yönelik öncelikle Turkcell Grup ihtiyacının yaratılması ve ticari çözümlerin geliştirilmesi ve uygulanmasından sorumludur,
  • AR-GE vizyonu kapsamında ürünleştirme fırsatlarını bütünsel bir bakış açısı ile gözetir ve gerekli yatırımlara karar verir,
  • Sorumluluk alanındaki vizyon, hedef ve stratejileri belirler,
  • Uygulama yol haritalarının ve uygulama planının gerektirdiği kararlarının alınmasını sağlar ve takibini yapar,
  • Projeler gereği bir tedarikçi (vendor) ile çalışılıyor ise tedarikçi yönetim ve koordinasyonunu sağlar,
  • Turkcell Bilgi Güvenliği Politikaları'na göre iş ve teknik sahibi olunan bilgi varlıklarının Bilgi Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemi üzerinde tanımlanmasını, risklerinin ve gereken güvenlik kontrollerinin belirlemesini ve kontrollerin gerçekleştirilmesini sağlar,
  • İş sürekliliğini kesintiye uğratabilecek olayların farkında olarak kontrol altında tutar, etkisini azaltmaya yönelik önlemler alır; alternatif planlar hazırlar ve uygular; kritik dokümanları güncel tutar ve ulaşılabilirliğini sağlar,
  • Turkcell ve Grup Şirketlerine ait bilgi sistemlerinde yer alan her türlü veri ile görevi nedeniyle herhangi bir şekilde elde ettiği/vakıf olduğu Turkcell'e, Grup Şirketleri'ne ve bunların çalışan ve/veya müşterilerine ait tüm verilere ilişkin olarak; işvereni Şirket tarafından iletilen talimatlara ve başta Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu olmak üzere yürürlükteki tüm mevzuata uygun davranır,
  • Bu verilerin gizliliğini sağlamakla yükümlüdür. Söz konusu verileri sadece görevi kapsamındaki işle ilgili konularda ve ihtiyaçla orantılı olarak kullanır ve sadece işin yürütülmesi için bilmesi gereken personelle, işin ifası için gereken nispette paylaşır.
