Position: Otokoç İzmir Fiat - Retail After Sales Services Leader

Responsibilities:
- Ensure maximum customer satisfaction with maintenance, repair, damage, and spare parts operations.
- Organize and coordinate After Sales Services personnel in line with budget targets.
- Follow up on monthly budget targets and provide feedback through weekly meetings with personnel.
- Regularly check invoices and work orders to avoid labor losses.
- Organize to maximize incentives by effectively following distributor incentives.
- Ensure compliance with internal regulations and inspect personnel.
- Monitor vehicle entries and gain new customers using CRM programs.
- Continuously monitor spare parts availability and stock turnover rates.
- Visit fleet companies to enlarge the managed business unit and enhance service loyalty.
- Organize service marketing activities and track results.
- Maintain contact with the distributor regarding business development and brand standards compliance.
- Ensure prompt invoicing of work orders and timely repairs as per consumer law.
- Identify training needs of personnel and facilitate training completion.
- Adhere to occupational health and safety regulations while managing personnel.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong managerial and technical knowledge of after-sales service.
- Excellent communication, representation, and persuasion skills.
- Able to think analytically and build systems.
- Driving license is required.
