Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering), Economics, Business Administration/Management, Mathematics or Statistics
  • 1-4 years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using quantitative and qualitative data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in personal organization and project management
  • Ability to be both strategic and hands-on
  • Enthusiastic about new projects, digitalization, and reaching goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English

In this role, you will

  • Propose proactive pricing and yield management strategies
  • Make reliable decisions to optimize revenue on a given flight
  • Use strategies to generate revenue through the correct application of optimal seat allocation
  • Understand the underlying factors that influence performance
  • Conduct detailed market reviews, identifying potential threats and opportunities
  • Analyze the historical data on traffic and revenue to establish parameters for future fare and availability levels
  • Work with sales, network planning, and marketing teams to enhance the performance of responsible markets
  • Prepare reports and analyses to make decisions when necessary regarding the markets under their responsibility
  • Be eager to learn and improve in-house revenue management tools
