Operational Risk and Business Continuity Management Supervisor/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring that policies and plans on Operational Risk, Reputation Risk and Business Continuity are kept up-to-date.
  2. Carrying out operational risk assessment, business-impact analysis and business recovery strategy works in cooperation with all units in the Bank, reporting these results, and following up the actions concluded by such.
  3. Coordinating and reporting the tests, plans and drills within the scope of business continuity.
  4. Determining and following up key risk indicators.
  5. Saving, analyzing and reporting operation risk-loss incidents.
  6. Carrying out works related to operational risk scenario analysis and Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ISEDES).
  7. Participating in the insurance-related operations of the Bank.
  8. Making risk assessment and creating a perspective on new products and new processes.
  9. Making risk assessment for companies which provide supporting and outsource services.
  10. Arranging awareness and learning programs for the Bank and subsidiary employees within the scope of operational risk, reputation risk and business continuity.
  11. Preparing reports and presentations for top management.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree preferably from Business, Economy, Engineering departments.
  2. Minimum 3-year experience in operational risk management and business continuity.
  3. Good command of MS Office applications (Excel Macro, SQL preferably).
  4. Good command of English.
  5. Problem solving and analytical thinking ability.
  6. Aptitude for learning and producing new ideas.
  7. Acting responsibly and willingness to take initiative.
  8. Planning and follow-up skills.
  9. Certificates related to risk management, business continuity management.
