Founded in 2004, TEKCE has grown into a prominent international real estate company. The company operates through 20 offices in five countries: Türkiye, Spain, Cyprus, Sweden, and the UAE. TEKCE delivers an end-to-end 360° real estate service under its core brand, TEKCE, supported by well-established local brands such as Antalya Homes ®, Istanbul Homes ®, and Spain Homes ®. In addition, specialized services are provided through its group brands, TEKCE Exclusive and TEKCE VISA. With a team of more than 250 multilingual professionals fluent in over 30 languages, TEKCE is committed to supporting property buyers worldwide.
As a Real Estate Agent at TEKCE, you will serve as a reliable consultant, effectively connecting buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accompanying clients during property viewing tours
- Providing professional advice on the suitability and market value of viewed properties
- Presenting purchase offers to prospective buyers
- Assessing clients’ needs and financial capacity to recommend appropriate solutions
- Advising clients on market conditions, negotiation strategies, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters
- Preparing and managing required documentation (contracts, agreements, etc.)
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market
- Creating and managing property listings, including location details, features, and visual content
- Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms
- Ensuring transparent, fair, and ethical business practices
Required Background:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team
- Results‑driven, ambitious, and goal‑oriented approach
- Interest in building a long‑term career within the company
- Basic proficiency in Internet usage, Windows, and MS Office applications
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Possession of a valid driver’s license
- Fluency in German in addition to excellent command of English
