Turkey in Detail is a consultancy firm based in Istanbul, offering professional services in university admissions, residence permits, work permits, company registration, and other services for foreigners in Turkey. We are looking for a proactive, multilingual consultant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide consultations to clients in the fields of education, residence, and work permits in Turkey
• Prepare documents and follow up on applications
• Communicate with universities, government institutions, and clients
• Support clients in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Manage the client database and track application statuses

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in educational or immigration consultancy
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (French is a plus), spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking
• Familiarity with ChatGPT and basic digital tools
• Ability to work independently and with strong organizational skills
• Mandatory: Turkish citizenship or valid residence permit in Turkey
• Willingness to perform additional tasks beyond core responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with student visa or immigration procedures in Turkey
• Knowledge of Turkish universities and application processes
• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Hybrid model: 2 days in the Istanbul office + 4 days remote work
• Occasional in-person meetings with clients may be required

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Performance-based bonuses for each successfully completed service
