KYC Analyst

Overview:

The expectation from this role is to be a good team player to achieve monthly targets as per plans. Knowledge of KYC is required. Keep yourself up to date with all KYC relevant procedures. Question the daily processes and find solutions to make our processes more solid and efficient.

Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Complete adoption process, opening/updating/closing client accounts as per the global GKYC rules and local regulatory rules. Update global and local systems with the relevant data.
2. Review client files according to their next review dates as per the global GKYC rules and local regulatory rules. Update global and local systems with the relevant data.
3. Update static data of the client in global and local systems.
4. Follow up on DB Group global KYC policy changes.
5. Create MIS for account opening/regular review and inform global contacts of CLM.

Your Skills and Experience:

1. 0-2 years of experience in KYC processes.
2. Fluent in speaking and writing in English.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially high-level Excel skills.
4. Ability to question day-to-day processes to create a more solid and efficient environment.
