We are looking for a Product Quality Manager to manage product quality in the supply chain and ensure sustainable quality standards. This position will ensure the supply of quality products, manage quality control processes and improve internal quality standards by working closely with suppliers.

Job Description:

  1. Inspect and report the compliance of products in the supply chain with quality standards.
  2. Manage supplier evaluation processes and monitor supplier quality performance.
  3. Initiate quality improvement activities by developing product quality control processes.
  4. Identify all problems regarding product quality and develop solution suggestions.
  5. Establish quality-oriented collaborations by establishing effective communication with suppliers.
  6. Continuously improve quality in the design, production and delivery processes of products.
  7. Develop strategies to increase product quality by working in coordination with relevant departments.
  8. Prepare quality reports and present them to senior management.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in the textile production sector.
  2. Experience in supply chain management and quality control processes.
  3. Knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems.
  4. Leadership and team management skills.
  5. Good communication skills and analytical thinking skills.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  7. Preferably a graduate of Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  8. Preferably good command of English.
