ASUS is a leading global technology company with a strong portfolio of consumer, gaming, and creator-focused products. As we continue to grow our Systems business in Türkiye, we are looking for a Marketing Admin Specialist to support reporting activities, partner program management, and operational processes within our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor marketing program documentation and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Support vendor-funded marketing programs by coordinating documentation, fund claim submissions, partner portal activities, and reporting processes.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze marketing reports, performance dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making processes.
- Manage marketing administration processes, including documentation, approvals, reporting records, and process tracking.
- Maintain and update partner portals by submitting required documentation, claims, Proof of Execution (POE) reports, and supporting materials in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and external partners to ensure the accuracy and completeness of marketing-related data and reporting.
- Support campaign closure processes by preparing reports, performance evaluations, and supporting documentation.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve reporting tools, trackers, and dashboards to ensure accurate performance monitoring and business visibility.
- Work closely with ASUS Headquarters, regional teams, and business partners to fulfill reporting requirements and ensure smooth operational execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and operational workflows through analytical insights and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Administration, Business Operations, Reporting, Audit, Finance, Business Analysis, or similar functions.
- Experience in reporting-intensive environments is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting, performance tracking, and interpreting numerical data to generate actionable business insights.
- Strong experience in reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong capabilities in reporting, data analysis, and data management.
- Experience working with budgets, reporting processes, reconciliations, and documentation management.
- Ability to work accurately with detailed information and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal, as the role involves regular interaction with international teams and business partners.
- Experience working with partner portals, reporting systems, or vendor management platforms is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in the technology, consumer electronics, consulting, audit, finance, or related industries is highly preferred.
