Main Responsibilities
- Carry out all processes of warranty claim operations by authorized services from preliminary approval, assessment of claims, claim payments and foreign operations to return to service and check and monitor the services on this matter.
- For the processing of the warranty claims sent by authorized services, it is necessary to be in constant communication with the staff at the authorized services, to monitor closely the warranty bulletins published by the warranty department, and to ensure the appropriateness of the warranty claims in line with this information.
- Makes all the operational and optional analyses and reporting requested by Warranty & Technical Manager and ensures their distribution.
- Creates labor rate and labor time standards with the given references from Chery HQ.
- Within the Chery Turkiye Company policies, carries out the analyses and studies on the subjects of warranty repayments and costs, takes part in the meetings.
- In order to check the appropriateness of the parts that are replaced under Warranty, processes and monitors the requests for warranty claims that come from authorized services from preliminary approval until they are referred back to the dealer, lends support to the dealer when necessary. Visits Authorized Services for the purpose of checking the warranties.
- Arranges General and On-the-job training programs for the dealers to carry out Warranty Operations properly related to the utilization of Chery Warranty Policies and Procedures.
- Takes an active part in the improvement of the Warranty system and Dealer management. Provides helpdesk service when necessary.
- Takes part in meetings related to products and quality in the country and abroad.
- By visiting authorized services and dealers, makes audits and inspections in warranty depots, accompanies, approves scrapping transactions. Submits to the management the disposal reports and the results of the audits.
- Carry outs implementation and localization of warranty manuals, service manuals, repair manuals and its bulletins including recall campaigns and inform Chery HQ for the revisions if necessary.
- Carry outs of reviewing consumer protection law and informs Chery HQ for the revisions if necessary.
Main Requirements
- University Graduate (Mechanical engineering or Automotive engineering are preferred)
- At least 3 years' warranty experience in Automotive Business
- Be familiar with the Automotive Business
- Good command of English language
- Good command of Microsoft Office Programs and dealer management systems.
- No travel restrictions
- No military obligation for men candidates
- Ability to think analytically
- Advanced communication skills
