We are seeking our talented Trainee, Valuation & Advisory. The successful candidates will be self-starters with strong communication and negotiation skills. They must possess the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as well as have good industry awareness. They must be tenacious, self-motivated, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset. Strong personal initiative and desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial team are essential.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one (1) year completed toward Bachelor's / University degree from Urban & Regional Planning, Economics, or Engineering
• Excellent planner, good communicator with organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Detail-oriented
• Interest in the real-estate market
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and relevant CRM systems
• Ability to work individually as well as a team player
• Ability to assist at least 4 days per week

Job Description:

• Assist the business in the execution of their daily tasks
• Support the team in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and other documentation by ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions
• Undertake market research and inspections in close collaboration with our Research Team for specific projects in all asset classes (offices, retail, industrial, residential, health care, hospitality, etc.)
• Support the preparation of valuation reports for all classes of commercial real estate including shopping centers, trade centers, office buildings, lands, industrial sites, and other commercial asset classes
• Support existing valuation, feasibility, and highest & best use instructions
