Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and oversee the marketing strategy in European countries in line with the company's business goals.
  2. Create and manage marketing plans, including budgeting, campaigns, advertising, promotions, and product launches.
  3. Develop and execute data-driven B2B marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
  4. Expand sales channels for factory products in Europe (retail, hospitality, e-commerce).
  5. Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to nurture client relationships and track ROI.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  7. Manage digital campaigns (SEO, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing) to boost brand visibility.
  8. Maintain and enhance the brand image and reputation of the company.
  9. Ensure all marketing activities align with the brand's identity and values.
  10. Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  11. Ensure all marketing expenditures are within the approved budget and provide regular financial reports.
  12. Evaluate the cost-effectiveness of marketing strategies and negotiate with vendors when necessary.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  14. Report on marketing activities, performance, and results to senior management.
  15. Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors for collaborative marketing efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in home textiles fabrics, manufacturing, and upholstery fabrics.
  • Proven success in lead generation and sales growth (include metrics, e.g., "Increased sales by X% in 12 months").
  • Fluency in English + 1 European language (Polish, Serbian, German, French).
  • Expertise in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Deep understanding of European B2B buyer behavior and cultural nuances.
  • Willingness to travel (20%) across Europe.
