Institutional Cash and Trade (ICT) is a global business which is regionally organized with dedicated staff for originating and facilitating cash management and trade transactions with institutional clients. Our Sales Specialist for ICT Turkey ("ICT Sales Specialist") will support sales activities for all clients in Turkey and Azerbaijan.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support delivery of the agreed Sales objectives for the client portfolio and uphold best in class client management and service levels to the existing client base.
  2. Build and foster long-term relationships with target clients supporting to obtain Cash Management and Trade Finance mandates.
  3. Assist in structuring and implementing new deals with clients from beginning to end with a strong after-sales service attitude. Develop and maintain knowledge of core products.
  4. Obtain full background knowledge on the clients and ensure client-adoptions in line with the current KYC policy before on-boarding.
  5. Assume responsibility for the content and presentation quality of relevant client proposals, responses to RFPs and RFIs, and client communications.
  6. Monitor revenue trends via various reporting tools like Salesforce and dbTableau, prepare regional and country specific reports and presentations for internal review.
  7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business development initiatives.
  8. Coordinate client engagements including one-on-one meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  9. Fulfill responsibilities under the DB Group and US Supervision policies and the Written Supervisory Procedures.
  10. Ensure timely completion of all non-financial and financial risk-related obligations including trainings and periodic reviews.

Your Skills and Experience:

  1. The successful candidate should have an understanding of the correspondent banking industry, preferably with a minimum of 2 years employment in a major financial institution.
  2. Strong product knowledge of cash management and trade products and services for financial institutions (USD, EUR and Multicurrency clearing and payment services, liquidity management, transactional F/X, trade finance for financial institutions).
  3. Solid presentation and communication skills, both written and oral - ability to communicate the bank's strategy, as well as the ICM global business strategy including specifically the ICM risk appetite and respective policies.
  4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Strong negotiation skills are essential.
  5. A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
  6. Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English is required.
