Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Search Engine Manager (SEO & Growth) at Juuli. As our SEO Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting in-depth SEO audits and executing strategies to enhance organic visibility
  • Performing advanced keyword research and competitor analysis using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
  • Implementing on-page and technical SEO improvements, including page speed optimization and schema markup
  • Developing link-building strategies to increase domain authority
  • Managing Webflow and optimizing website structure, content, and landing pages
  • Analyzing web traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools
  • Collaborating with content and marketing teams to develop SEO-friendly content strategies
  • Staying up to date with Google algorithm updates, search trends, and best practices

Bonus: If you have experience in fintech, digital payments, or freelance platforms, that's a big plus

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
  • Experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
  • Knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and structured data
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • A/B testing experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
