Bi'Talih is a leading licensed gaming platform in Turkey, offering horse racing betting under the TJK license and virtual betting services under the Milli Piyango license. We are dedicated to providing our users with an exciting and secure gaming experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Digital Growth Executive with experience in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, X.com, Yandex, Apple and Programmatic channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, Yandex, and Programmatic platforms.
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and SEO-friendly content.
  • Collaborate with product teams to implement SEO strategies, ensuring website content and structure are optimized for search engines.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and target audience behaviour to develop actionable insights tailored to the Turkish betting market.
  • Coordinate and track requests to implement technical and content enhancements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficient campaigns while achieving business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of total experience in digital marketing
  • Proficiency in using tools such as SimilarWeb, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Adjust and Looker
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, X Ads, Yandex, and Programmatic channels.
  • Interest in sports betting, lottery, horse racing and gaming.
