Key Accountabilities
  1. Responsible for receiving and delivering all guest items on time, accurately, and professionally.
  2. Inspects all laundry before and after cleaning for dirt, stains, damage, and quality of ironing/folding.
  3. Keeps the guest laundry room shelves organized and clean.
  4. Ensures that all items are hung, folded, and stored properly in their designated places.
  5. Possesses knowledge of fabrics, cleaning tools, chemicals, machine operation, and the ability to provide friendly service to guests.
  6. Works in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented environment; controlled and deadlines should be met on time.
  7. Works as part of a team as well as completes tasks independently, follows instructions from supervisors, and uses appropriate problem-solving skills.
General Requirements
  1. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment with similar standards and expectations.
  2. Knowledge of using cleaning tools, chemicals, machinery and the ability to provide friendly services to guests.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer service-oriented environment; to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  4. Ability to work as part of a team as well as to complete assignments independently, to take instructions from supervisors, and to exercise proper problem-solving skills.
  5. Innovative and a natural organiser, highly detailed and able to engage with guests.
  6. Turkish communication proficiency, and English as a secondary language is preferred.
