Here's What You Need to Know:

We are looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to join our team and support Mavi's legal operations across various corporate and regulatory matters.

What Will Be Expected of You in This Role?

  • You will guide the corporate governance processes of Mavi and its affiliated companies, supporting internal compliance policies and legal risk management.
  • You will prepare the necessary legal documents for Board of Directors and General Assembly meetings, managing relations with shareholders.
  • You will provide legal support for strategic business processes such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and investment projects.
  • You will review, draft, and negotiate all kinds of commercial contracts related to Mavi and its affiliated companies' financial and operational processes.
  • You will monitor updates on Labor Law, Commercial Code, Capital Markets Code, Personal Data Protection (KVKK), and other regulations, ensuring the company's compliance processes are up to date.
  • You will support processes with regulatory authorities and official institutions, conducting meetings on behalf of the company when necessary.
  • You will collaborate with the legal team and provide consultancy to cross-functional teams (Finance, Human Resources, Compliance, PR, Technology, etc.).
  • You will organize training sessions and internal briefings to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory changes.

What We Are Looking For:

  • If you have a Law degree,
  • If you have 3 years of experience in Corporate Law,
  • If you have strong knowledge of Capital Markets Board (SPK), Borsa Istanbul (BIST), KVKK, and international regulations,
  • If you have experience in M&A, capital markets, and corporate governance processes,
  • If you have proven expertise in managing commercial contracts, corporate policies, and regulatory compliance,
  • If you have the ability to effectively communicate and manage processes with regulatory bodies,
  • If you have strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills,
  • If you have excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset,
  • If you are proficient in English (both written and spoken) and have the ability to review and negotiate international contracts,
