Your Responsibilities as Digital Channels Growth Specialist at Karaca:
- Following key emerging digital technologies, channels, trends and best practices and use cases, identifying business strategy for engagement of new digital products and processes
- Analyzing the needs of business customers for digitalization and determining the service needs
- Offering suggestions according to the determined needs and determining a route map
- Creating new strategic business partnerships with 3rd party stakeholders and developing new digital products and processes based on customers' need
- Drives cross-functional digital projects working with external stakeholders and internal business lines to conceptualize, build and realize products
- Contributing to the development of the general campaign, communication and personalization strategies
- Analyze the performance of the campaigns and make proposals for further development
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Prepare the forecasts, campaign plans by considering company and department KPIs
- Creating and following up the annual upsell, retention and acquisition campaign plan
- To create the annual general campaign-action plan, to ensure that the action plans are implemented efficiently and effectively, to follow up and report
- To follow the campaign budget
- Preparing the entire systematic infrastructure of the campaign, informing the relevant units, solving the problems from the customer services
- Developing and managing partner relations and maintaining vendor relations.
Expected Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in driving digital growth, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or tech.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in digital analytics, automation, and optimization tools.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, attribution modeling, and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of growth engineering, automation, personalization, and funnel optimization.
- Ability to work across teams, especially with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data teams.
- Experience with martech, growth hacking, and digital automation.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience in vendor management, including evaluation, onboarding, and maintaining relationships.
