Your Responsibilities as Digital Channels Growth Specialist at Karaca:

  1. Following key emerging digital technologies, channels, trends and best practices and use cases, identifying business strategy for engagement of new digital products and processes
  2. Analyzing the needs of business customers for digitalization and determining the service needs
  3. Offering suggestions according to the determined needs and determining a route map
  4. Creating new strategic business partnerships with 3rd party stakeholders and developing new digital products and processes based on customers' need
  5. Drives cross-functional digital projects working with external stakeholders and internal business lines to conceptualize, build and realize products
  6. Contributing to the development of the general campaign, communication and personalization strategies
  7. Analyze the performance of the campaigns and make proposals for further development
  8. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  9. Prepare the forecasts, campaign plans by considering company and department KPIs
  10. Creating and following up the annual upsell, retention and acquisition campaign plan
  11. To create the annual general campaign-action plan, to ensure that the action plans are implemented efficiently and effectively, to follow up and report
  12. To follow the campaign budget
  13. Preparing the entire systematic infrastructure of the campaign, informing the relevant units, solving the problems from the customer services
  14. Developing and managing partner relations and maintaining vendor relations.

Expected Criteria:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Experience in driving digital growth, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or tech.
  3. Strong analytical skills and expertise in digital analytics, automation, and optimization tools.
  4. Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing, attribution modeling, and performance tracking.
  5. Knowledge of growth engineering, automation, personalization, and funnel optimization.
  6. Ability to work across teams, especially with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data teams.
  7. Experience with martech, growth hacking, and digital automation.
  8. Strong communication and project management skills.
  9. Experience in vendor management, including evaluation, onboarding, and maintaining relationships.
