Gas Turbine Supervisor

As Gas Turbine Supervisor, you will oversee assigned personnel during maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and as per specification.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to site-specific Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations, state laws, and company policies. Identify potential hazards and report incidents or unsafe conditions. Ensure personnel follow EHS standards, including risk assessments and proper tooling.
• Leadership: Lead daily shift activities, facilitate clear handovers, and communicate job requirements to personnel. Review necessary permits and ensure isolations are completed before task assignments. Train and guide Siemens Energy workforce and sub-contractors in technical issues and QHSE standards.
• Tool Management: Inspect and review standard and special tooling and equipment during outage preparation. Coordinate material and parts handling, logistics, and subcontractor activities on site.
• Documentation: Ensure timely submission of check sheets, test procedures, spare parts lists, daily shift activities, status reports, and field reports. Maintain quality standards for assembly and disassembly activities during outages.
• Collaboration: Work with project engineers, managers, tooling facilities engineers, outage manager, and HSE professionals to support outage preparation. Assist with post-outage tasks, including lessons learned documentation, reporting, and feedback.

For success in this role, you should have a degree from a vocational school or university. Proficiency in English and Turkish is required, along with completed military service. Background experience in mechanical maintenance and power generation, particularly with Siemens Energy Gas Turbines, is valuable. Strong problem-solving skills, digital literacy, and collaboration in international team environments under pressure are essential.

Willingness to travel extensively to new work locations is also needed.
