What You'll Do

• Design High-Impact Video Content: Create captivating video creatives to promote our apps across a variety of user engagement channels, from social media to app stores.
• Research & Analyze Competitors: Stay ahead of the curve by conducting market research and analyzing competitor activity to ensure our creatives stand out.
• Collaborate on Fresh Concepts: Work closely with our marketing and product teams to brainstorm, develop, and implement new ideas that elevate our brand.
• Optimize Content Performance: Generate variations of successful creatives to keep content relevant and engaging, using insights from marketing metrics to gauge effectiveness.
• Produce UGC Content: Craft user-generated content (UGC) videos that resonate with our global audience and showcase authentic engagement with our products.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of Creative Design Experience: You have hands-on experience as a Creative Motion Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Video Production Tools: Strong command of tools like CapCut, Adobe Suite, and other leading video editing software.
• Creative Thinker: A proactive, innovative mindset with the drive to bring new ideas to the table and see them through.
• Familiarity with AI Tools & Marketing Metrics: A basic understanding of AI tools and marketing metrics to evaluate and improve creative performance.
• UGC Video Production: Experience in producing user-generated content that connects with a diverse, global audience.
• Research Skills: Ability to stay on top of the latest market and industry trends, ensuring KitUP remains a leader in innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Russian is a must.
