Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in financial positions; minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant managerial position and minimum 3 years of experience in an international audit company.
• At least a university degree in business, finance, accounting or a related subject area - preferably MBA.
• Advanced level of English in both written and verbal.
• Advanced level of MS Tools - SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in the working environment of an international company is essential. Ability to operate in a matrix organization with country, regional and corporate interaction.
• Sound commercial understanding and business partnership approach; board level experience is preferred.
• Developed skills in coordinating and motivating the department's employees.
• Ability and commitment to corporate values, human resources principles, and business conduct policies to exhibit uncompromising integrity.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate clearly in individual or group situations.
• Uses own initiative, resilient in overcoming difficulties; completes tasks and achieves results on time.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a team.
• Stability of performance under pressure and in the face of setbacks, disappointments or rejection.
• Project management skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
