We are looking for After Sales Region Manager to work with our teams.

You Will Be a Perfect Match, If You Have;

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry especially in dealer management and after sales operations
  • Completed military service
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent negotiations, communications, and collaboration skills, a strong sense of responsibility and result oriented
  • Advanced MS Office skills,
  • No restriction for travel

Main Responsibilities;

  • Develop and closely monitor after sales operation performances at assigned area. Make sure necessary actions are taken in line with targets.
  • Providing communication with Toyota and the dealers in after-sales and marketing related operations.
  • Planning and implementation of all customer-oriented, after sales, and marketing-related activities.
  • Ensuring that actions are taken to increase customer loyalty with the dealer managements
  • Preparation of annual budget and business plan with dealers.
  • Establishing periodic dealer visits, providing necessary control, guidance, and information support for the dealers according to Toyota standards.
  • Follow-up and execution of customer complaints regarding dealer after-sales applications.
  • Planning and monitoring the service and spare part performances of the dealers.
  • Providing necessary guidance and coordination for the implementation of new development projects at assigned dealers.
