We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong engineering fundamentals, sound technical judgment, and a product mindset to help build our AI-powered products, including ChatBoss. You will own features end-to-end across web applications, backend services, system integrations, and data workflows.
Note on our tech stack: We care more about strong fundamentals than specific tools, though familiarity with our core stack (TypeScript, React, NestJS/Node.js, Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Docker) will help you ramp up faster.
Skills & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining production software across frontend and backend (CS/SE degree or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong programming fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, async execution) and ability to evaluate architectural trade-offs for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL (data modeling, transactions, indexing, query optimization).
- Practical understanding of application security (auth, input validation, sensitive data handling) and modern delivery workflows (Git, CI/CD, Docker, automated testing, debugging).
- Effective use of AI-assisted development: breaking down problems, providing context, and critically verifying generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
- Strong ownership and communication skills to clarify requirements and drive features from design through release.
