We are looking for a \"Tendering & Quotation Specialist\" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in our Dudullu factory with below qualifications;

How you will make an impact:

  • Preparing competitive techno-commercial offers for HV substations, HV/MV system solutions, engineering product packages and STATCOMs including costing and pricing in line with the market needs and Hitachi internal processes & guidelines.
  • Ensuring tenders are well documented in a timely manner and with appropriate level of detail, including full and accurate costs.
  • Managing the preparation of all technical, financial, and operational aspects of the quotation.
  • Ensuring the coordination with the sales organization to develop a cost-optimized solution inaccordance with customer requirements.
  • Identifying potential vendors for equipment and materials required in the project and technically evaluating supplier offers to comply with specifications. Collaborating with Supply Chain Management to coordinate requests to subcontractors.
  • Identifying potential risks in quotations, and in any related contract agreements across customers/channels.
  • Active sales support within the sales process, especially with offer and risk reviews, strategic considerations of the scope of delivery and determination of appropriate contractual conditions.
  • Deliver system solution offers to Hitachi Energy customers in local and designated export markets, increase sales volume and profitability through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collecting and archiving documentation regarding the offer/order and records assumptions and decisions taken during the development process. Regularly reports the status of the quotations using defined tools and collects and analyses the reasons for tenders being lost and won.

Your Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering,
  • Minimum 3 years of sales / tendering / engineering experience, preferably in turnkey HV/MV substation sales or turnkey engineering package sales.
  • Knowledge of high-voltage, medium-voltage, STATCOM equipment is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team-oriented professional with strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, and a proactive, innovative mindset, combined with excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills, as well as a customer- and market-focused, solution- and results-driven approach.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Turkish, including strong presentation skills.
