Guest Relations Manager - Rixos Sungate / M.Sc Tourism Management

We are looking for a teammate to work as a Guest Relations Agent in the Guest Relations Department for Rixos Sungate, which belongs to our hotel group operating in the international tourism sector.

Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and follow up on guests' holidays by providing communication with other departments.
  2. Keep an eye on customers' wishes and preferences, providing personalized guest relations service to each guest in their native language.
  3. Observe the satisfaction and expectations of the guest during their vacation.
  4. Provide facilities that respond to guest needs effectively and report daily guest feedback for the highest level of satisfaction.
  5. Handle all kinds of requests and needs of guests during check-in, accommodation, and check-out.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management.
  2. At least two years of hotel experience in a similar position or training.
  3. Fluency in English and German or Russian.
  4. Strong organizational planning, good communication skills, and proper diction.
  5. Willingness to work in a team with a guest-oriented mindset.
  6. Good humor, strong human relations, and working discipline.
  7. Experience in data analysis and reporting (using summary tables, graphs, etc.) in MS Excel.
  8. Able to adapt to flexible working hours and shift systems.
  9. Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing conditions.
  10. Attention to detail, responsibility, and quick decision-making.
  11. Time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  12. Discipline, self-motivation, and ambition.
