DEVA has been operating since 1958 and is one of the pioneering pharmaceutical companies in Turkey. DEVA, having R&D in focus, manufactures with international quality standards and currently exports products to other countries worldwide.
DEVA is seeking for a Marketing Manager;
- University degree in a relevant field, preferably Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Medical Genetics, Veterinary, Medicine or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience
- Experience in Cardiology, Internal Medicine and Endocrinology is preferred
- Preferably with specific field experience
- Proficiency in English
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and follow-up skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness and availability to travel domestically and internationally
- For male candidates, completion of military service or exemption from military service
JOB DESCRIBTION
- Developing marketing strategies and plans for the assigned therapeutic area in line with the company’s overall strategies and objectives, and monitoring their implementation
- Ensuring the achievement of company objectives through effective cross-functional collaboration and fostering a productive working environment
- Overseeing all marketing activities, including product launches, initiatives to achieve targeted profit margins, and monitoring market dynamics to drive sales growth and increase market share
