WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • If you are at least a high school graduate
  • If you can speak English at a good level
  • If you have previous team management experience
  • If you have the ability to develop, motivate, and manage your team
  • If you have individual sales experience
  • If you have strong communication and coordination skills
  • If you can adapt to the flexible working hours of the retail industry

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THIS POSITION...

  • Contribute to achieving daily/monthly sales targets and meet customer expectations in the best possible way
  • Understand customers' needs and expectations to recommend the most suitable products, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards within the store and ensure the store is always ready for sales
  • Actively participate in operational processes such as stock management, cashier duties, and visual merchandising
  • Train, develop and motivate your team
  • Manage and coordinate administrative and office tasks related to store operations
