Role Description
The E-Commerce Fashion Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Istanbul, Türkiye, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees the online fashion assortment, including selecting products, coordinating with suppliers, and managing merchandise presentation on the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions, monitoring sales performance and customer behavior, and ensuring that collections align with brand positioning and seasonal trends. The E-Commerce Fashion Manager collaborates with marketing and operations teams to plan campaigns, improve conversion and retention, and maintain consistent brand visuals and messaging. The role also involves analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing improvements to the overall online shopping experience.
Qualifications
5 - 10 years of ex
- perience in e-commerce or online retail, ideally in fashion or apparel, with a strong understanding of digital merchandising and product lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and assortment planning, with the ability to curate collections for target customer segments.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, including experience using e-commerce dashboards, sales reports, and customer insights to guide decisions.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, content management systems, and basic concepts of digital marketing, such as SEO, online campaigns, and social media integration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Turkish or Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across different locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in the Middle East market or with cross-border e-commerce operations is a plus.
