Xenon Smart is an R&D company that develops innovative IoT software and hardware solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated team member who can contribute to our growing organization for the Sales Consultant position. For our newly opening kiosks and stores.
Welcome customers and conduct needs analysis by asking the right questions to offer the most suitable products.
Provide detailed information about products aligned with customer needs and motivate them toward purchase.
Assist customers with product features to ensure they can quickly find what they are looking for.
Support kiosk and store organization as well as stock tracking.
Inform customers about ongoing campaigns and promotions.
Deliver high-quality service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum high school diploma.
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in retail or sales, or open to development.
Preferably knowledgeable about technological products or eager to learn.
Embraces retail as a profession and is willing to build a career in this field.
Customer- and sales-oriented.
Energetic, strong interpersonal skills, and highly persuasive.
Disciplined and responsible.
Well-spoken, well-groomed, and attentive to personal appearance.
Available to work full-time or part-time.
