RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing/co-developing of machine automation projects with MTBs (Machine Tool Builder) or System Integrators. (Programming on site of the customer)
- Supporting sales team; regarding selecting best configurations, pre-sales and machine performance calculations.
- On-site training for MTBs and System Integrators on specific topics.
- Being the local contact of global technical support team and leveraging our global know-how to serve our customers being better.
- Understanding customer needs and providing the best solutions to the customer.
- Represent FANUC during site visits, communicating at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering Degree in Electric, Electronic, Mechatronics or similar fields.
- Minimum 3 years of technical background and field experience in CNC’s and/or Industrial Automation.
- Experience in “CNC Machinery’’ (Lathe, Milling and others) is a big plus.
- Driving License and willingness to travel.
- No travel restrictions in Turkey and abroad.
- Flexibility in terms of working hours.
- High oral/written communication and presentation skills.
- Preferably intermediate level of English language skills.
- Preferably actively using MS Office programs.
- Customer and result oriented.
- Solution-oriented, able to take initiative and responsibility.
- No military service obligation for male candidates.
- Knowledge of FANUC products is preferred.
- Highly motivated and eager to participate in a dynamic work environment.
- Located in İstanbul or Kocaeli.
Additional Details:Fixed-term employment contract with the possibility of extension to a permanent contract.
