ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 5 years of experience in foreign trade.
• Advanced English
• Proficient in basic data analysis software such as MS Excel and Google Sheets – capable of advanced reporting.
• No travel restrictions
• Must possess a Class B"'s" driver"'s" license and be able to drive a vehicle actively.
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.
• Residing on the European side of Istanbul

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• Education: Graduates of International Trade, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or related undergraduate programs.
• Regulatory and Operational Competence : Proficient in Customs Law, foreign trade legislation and customs regimes (Import, Export, Transit Trade, etc.), preferably. Plastic toy experienced in the field of import
• Foreign Trade Documentation and Payment Methods: Preparing and checking import and export operational documents (invoices, packing lists, circulation documents, bills of lading) and being familiar with basic international payment methods.
• Logistics and Delivery Terms (Incoterms): Proficient in international transportation operations, Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.) standards, and freight/cost calculations.
• ERP and Operational Software: Active use of foreign trade modules and reporting tools through ERP systems (SAP, Logo, etc.)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Orientation and Operational Fundamentals

• Supplier/Customer Communication and Process Tracking: Managing operational communication with overseas customers and suppliers, and carrying out end-to-end tracking of import, export, and transit trade processes.
• Legislation, Institutional Coordination and Reporting: Coordination with customs brokers, logistics companies, and banks; monitoring foreign trade legislation and preparing necessary operational reports.
• Cost, Pricing, and Payment Processes: Conducting product-based import/export cost analyses; ensuring pricing, delivery, and payment processes are completed on time and without errors.
• Inventory, Shipping, and Documentation Management: Preparing and checking foreign trade documents, managing overseas orders and customs procedures for efficient inventory and shipment management.

Development and Channel Management

• Commercial Content and Process Planning for Foreign Markets: Planning commercial activities to increase sales and supply processes in overseas dealer, distributor and field channels.
• New Product, Supplier and Market Research: Identifying new products to add to the portfolio, finding potential international suppliers, and analyzing new markets with growth opportunities.
• Sales/Supply Team Operations Support: Maintaining regular records of operations; providing analytical and operational support to relevant teams in logistics, customer and supplier processes.
