Welcome & Introduction: Our recruitment team will personally guide you through the iconic role of Emirates Cabin Crew. We'll share insights into the unparalleled career journey, the vibrant lifestyle in Dubai, and what it means to wear the Emirates red hat.

Assessment Activities: You'll participate in collaborative group exercises designed to explore your teamwork and communication skills, followed by an online test at the venue.

Final Interview: This is our opportunity to connect with you one-on-one. We want to hear your story, understand your motivation, and discover why you are drawn to joining our global family.

Please come prepared with a valid ID and have digital copies of these documents ready on your phone: An up-to-date CV in English. A copy of your highest education certificate. A clear PDF copy of your passport.

The Qualities We Seek in Our Future Crew.

We're looking for more than qualifications; we seek a certain character. The ideal candidate is someone who connects authentically with others and carries themselves with grace and positivity.

To be considered, you must:

• Be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a valued asset.
• Be a natural, shining team player with an engaging personality.
• Be at least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm.
• Meet all UAE employment visa requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Hold a minimum of a high school (Grade 12) diploma.
• Have no visible tattoos while in the Emirates uniform.

Your Earnings & Financial Package: You will be rewarded with a competitive, multi-component salary as a Grade II (Economy Class) Cabin Crew member.

Average Total Monthly Pay: Approximately AED 11,244 (around USD 3,061*).

This consists of:

• A fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
• An hourly flying pay of AED 69.6 (based on an average of 80-100 flight hours per month).
• Overseas meal allowances credited monthly.
