Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking and Finance, International Finance, Econometrics, or a related field
A minimum of 8–9 years of experience in finance and accounting, including team management experience
Knowledge of and experience in export operations and trade finance processes
Advanced knowledge of and experience in credit and financing instruments, treasury and cash management, banking relationships, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and Eximbank loans
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English

Maintain relationships and conduct negotiations with domestic and international banks and financial institutions
Oversee credit, leasing, and other financing processes, ensuring the effective use of financing resources
Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures
Coordinate cash flow, collections, payments, and working capital activities
Oversee general accounting processes and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
Oversee financial reporting and analysis
Coordinate budgeting and financial forecasting processes with Group Budget teams
Provide guidance and support on internal financial controls and regulatory compliance
