JobDescription: Nightingale's Listis seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified NursingAssistants (CNAs) to join our team. You will be providinghigh-quality care in a rehab/nursing home setting, assistingresidents with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Assistresidents with activities of daily living (ADLs), includingbathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
  
• Take and recordvital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, andrespiration).
  
• Assist with mobility, includingturning, repositioning, and transferringresidents.
  
• Observe and report changes in theresident's condition to the nursing staff.
  
• Maintain a cleanand safe environment for residents, following infectioncontrol guidelines.
  
• Support residents with restorativecare plans to promote independence.
  
• Assist in transportingresidents within the facility for appointments or recreationalactivities.
  
• Provide emotional support andcompanionship to residents.
  

Requirements:

• Must have anactive CNA license in the state of New Mexico.
  
• Minimum of 6 months of CNA experiencein a rehab/nursing home setting.
  
• CPR and First Aidcertifications are preferred.
  
• Strong communicationskills and the ability to work well as part of ateam.
  
• Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving.
