We are looking for a Architect to contribute to our Superstep brand in this growth journey.

General Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a university,
2. Proficiency in English (advanced preferred); additional languages are a plus.
3. At least 4 years of experience in interior architecture, detail projects, and project implementation in the retail sector,
4. Experience in drawing store implementation projects and supervising site application,
5. Ability to ensure compatibility of architectural projects with static and other discipline projects and perform necessary checks,
6. Experienced in material selection, procurement processes, manufacturing details, and project creation,
7. Strong project planning and monitoring skills,
8. Capable of conducting cost estimation and measurement,
9. Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and internal departments throughout the project process,
10. Proficient in using Autocad, MS Office, and Sketchup; familiarity with presentation software, Adobe Photoshop, MS Project, and 3D programs is a plus,
11. No restrictions on domestic and international travel,
12. High communication skills, dynamic, and results-oriented.

Job Description:

1. Prepare drawings for architectural projects within Eren Perakende,
2. Adapt information received from commercial teams to concept projects and manage the entire process from concept development to implementation projects,
3. Coordinate with the procurement team,
4. Ensure timely delivery of projects to site teams and subcontractors and manage follow-up,
5. Discuss all project details with subcontractors and oversee on-site inspections,
6. Ensure that the assigned stores are completed on time, according to standards, and within budget.
