We're looking for a Senior Merchandiser for one of our business partners in the Textile Sector.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgement showing logical decision making, and a hands-on approach.
  • Availability for frequent travel within Turkey and abroad.
Job Description
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Manage and track customer requests, including samples, projects, and quotations.
  • Contribute towards the development of the supplier.
