Your Role:
- Managing payroll and personnel affairs in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including employment contracts, salary payments, health insurance, meal vouchers, and other social benefits
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations (Labor Law No. 4857, Social Security Regulations No. 5510, Incentives No. 6111 & 5746, Income Tax Law, etc.)
- Ensuring the timely and complete submission of e-declarations, monthly workforce charts, hiring and termination notices, and missing day reports
- Tracking and ensuring the timely submission of legal notifications such as social security declarations, police station notifications, and workplace accident reports
- Managing monthly deductions such as garnishments and private pension scheme (BES) contributions
- Ensuring the payroll system operates securely, efficiently, and up-to-date
- Establishing necessary mechanisms and controls for salary and benefits processes
- Calculating severance, notice compensation, and other entitlements for departing employees
- Monitoring annual leave records and ensuring compliance with legal leave regulations
- Ensuring payroll and leave reconciliation processes are completed every six months without errors
- Overseeing the management of Technopark processes
- Ensuring that personnel files are created, maintained, and updated in compliance with legal requirements
- Handling employee reports, incapacity for work certificates, visa documents, and similar document requests and processes
- Managing workplace opening/closing procedures and related tracking
- Ensuring effective use of HR software and systems while maintaining data accuracy and contributing to technological improvements
- Overseeing occupational health and safety (OHS) processes within the company, ensuring compliance with legal obligations, and managing official correspondence with relevant firms
- Implementing and monitoring salary, benefits, and disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws, while managing the documentation and updates of relevant procedures
- Collaborating with the legal department on labor lawsuits, legal processes, and data protection (KVK) compliance
- Conducting official correspondence with government institutions and ensuring compliance with legal obligations
- Preparing personnel budget reports based on annual leave and severance pay calculations
- Preparing and transferring relevant payroll summaries and other reports to the accounting department, ensuring reconciliation
- Monitoring all legal processes within the required timeframes and providing necessary documentation
- Conducting monthly reporting activities
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a relevant university program
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Payroll and Personnel Affairs
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security Law, Income Tax Law, and other relevant regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, preferably advanced Excel skills
- Strong reporting and data analysis abilities
- Experience in Technopark and incentive processes
- Proven experience in representation and team management
- Result-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and a team player
- Well-developed time management, planning, and follow-up skills
