Qualifications and Job Description

We are looking for an International Sales Specialist / Candidate with at least 1 year of experience, to be trained in the field of health tourism, for our dental hospital, which has been providing high-quality service for 33 years.

General Qualifications

At least associate degree graduate,
Aiming to build a career in the field of health tourism,
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position,
Advanced level of English proficiency, both written and spoken,
English is mandatory; in addition, proficiency in French, German, Arabic, Persian, or Russian is considered a plus,
Strong communication skills and ability to use communication channels effectively,
Able to manage patient communication effectively via outbound and inbound calls,
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office programs,
Clear diction and strong persuasion skills,
Solution-oriented, responsible, and a good team player,
Residing in Istanbul.

Job Description

Establishing first contact with potential patients to understand their needs and expectations,
Providing detailed information to patients about dental services and treatment outcomes,
Responding to patient inquiries and resolving possible complaints,
Following up patient records and managing appointment processes,
Providing written and verbal translation, and ensuring accommodation and transportation services are carried out as planned,
Meeting or exceeding set performance targets,
Facilitating communication between the doctor and the patient when necessary,
Acting in accordance with company policies and procedures.
