D365 Lead

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a major international ERP transformation within a growing global business.

We're strengthening our internal ERP function to support the continued development and international deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). As a Lead, you'll provide technical direction across the ERP environment, supporting finance-focused solution design, complex integrations and upcoming country deployments.

Working closely with the International ERP Group Manager and wider technical team, you'll help optimise existing systems, strengthen financial reporting and explore opportunities to incorporate AI into our ERP solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership & Architecture – Guide technical development, solution design and architectural decisions.
• Finance & Reporting – Support finance-focused solutions and consistent financial reporting across international entities.
• Enterprise Integrations – Manage and optimise complex integrations & APIs
• ERP Implementations & Upgrades – Support D365 F&O upgrades and deployments across existing and new countries.
• Development & Problem-Solving – Resolve complex technical issues and deliver scalable ERP solutions.
• Team Collaboration – Work with developers, analysts and international stakeholders to deliver business-focused solutions.
• AI & Continuous Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance ERP functionality through AI and emerging technologies.

Your Technical & Functional Skills:

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, ideally including AX 2012.
• Strong experience in ERP implementations, upgrades, technical architecture and software development.
• Knowledge of finance processes, financial reporting and ERP solution design.
• Experience with complex enterprise integrations, APIs and connected systems.
• Proven technical leadership and experience guiding development teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• An interest in AI solutions and their application within ERP environments.
• Fluency in Turkish and English.
