• +1 years of IT experience as a Level 2 Onsite Engineer.
• Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products.
• Fluent Turkish and good English language skills.
• Familiar with ticketing system.

We are looking for a Resident IT Technician with experience in technical assistance to users at SMEs or multinationals in order to fulfill technical activities and installations on our customer sites.

Location: Bursa (fully onsite)

• End-user support including providing professional support to customers and computer users, detecting flaws in computer hardware, software, and other equipment, and repairing the same.
• Diagnose faulty programs in computer systems within an organization and provide immediate solutions to the problems, providing one-on-one assistance to the end user regarding technical flaws, either by phone, email, or in person.

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve level one/two issues in computer hardware and software in systems such as laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, tablets, etc.
• Deal with software portfolio management and product life cycle management.
• Provide general desktop support, project coordination, imaging/re-imaging PCs and laptops.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for timely repair of systems under maintenance agreement warranty, and repair minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the same.
• Provide assistance in the installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc., and cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc.
• Provide smart hand support for server and network devices.
