Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter at SWOT Hospitality in Istanbul. The Head Waiter will be responsible for overseeing customer service, food & beverage operations, communication with guests and staff, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Food & Beverage and Food Service experience
• Experience in cooking and culinary knowledge
• Ability to create a welcoming and efficient dining environment
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Knowledge of dining etiquette and wine service
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Certification in hospitality or related field preferred
