Job Summary

Our team is seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive C&B programs, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include making strategic salary offers for new hires/promotions and managing incentive processes effectively, executing timely salary increases and incentive calculations with precision, and collecting and reporting data to third-party survey providers.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 1 year of work experience in OD and C&B, excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Turkish, and prior experience in HR practices, compensation cycle management, salary surveys, incentive systems, and HR reporting.

• Develop and implement comprehensive C&B programs, policies and procedures.

• Make strategic salary offers for new hires/promotions and manage incentive processes effectively.

• Execute timely salary increases and incentive calculations with precision.

• Collect and report data to third-party survey providers and review results for actionable recommendations.

• Conduct thorough statistical analysis of employee personal data and costs generated in HR processes.

• Analyze compensation schemes and prepare reports on internal equity and external competitiveness.

• Provide insights into employee salaries, benchmarking and equitable pay through data-driven analysis.

• Develop and implement bonus models, remuneration and reward systems that drive performance.

• Calculate premiums/bonuses accurately and efficiently.

• Manage headcount and cost budget to align with company targets.

• Create periodic/ad-hoc reports and presentations to inform business decisions.

• Lead the performance management process to drive success.

• Tackle organizational changes and reorganizations with expertise.

• Support organizational restructuring projects with technical knowledge.

• Develop and maintain C&B-related documentation.

• Update organization charts to reflect changes.

• Drive HR digitalization and HRIS project initiatives forward.
