About the Job:

As a Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and overseeing payroll and government incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage financial transactions, including bank accounts and invoice issuance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss reports and cash flow analyses.
• Oversee payroll preparation and timely disbursement, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate records.
• Track and oversee government incentives and grants, ensuring timely submission of required documents and optimizing processes.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses to evaluate company performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring financial performance against set targets and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Oversee company purchases, including procurement planning and vendor management.
• Collaborate with external auditors and advisors to ensure Turkish GAAP and IFRS standards compliance.
• Supervise tax reporting and compliance processes with the accounting team.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, liquidity, and resource utilization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience in financial reporting, budget management, and cash flow analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS, with experience in preparing financial statements and managing audits.
• Expertise in payroll processes, incentive management, and taxation regulations in Turkey.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced MS Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis.
• Audit experience and familiarity with government incentive programs are highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Turkish for effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork.
