About the Role

The Residential Concierge plays a vital role in ensuring that homeowners and their guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience at Four Seasons. As a liaison between residents and the hotel, this individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Tasks
  1. Exceptional Guest Service: Provide personalized support to homeowners and their guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  2. Package Handling: Process and manage packages, faxes, messages, and mail for residents, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  3. Access Management: Coordinate access to the building(s) and units for vendors, contractors, and visitors, while maintaining confidentiality and security.
  4. Information Updates: Ensure that collateral and information for vendors, restaurants, and local attractions are current and up-to-date.
  5. Software Utilization: Accurately input special arrangements and maintain resident profiles using various software programs.
  6. Emergency Response: Monitor the fire alarm panel and respond to emergencies, providing access to emergency personnel if necessary.
  7. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, verification, and billing.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of post-secondary education preferred.
  • One to three years of concierge experience in a luxury environment.
  • Previous Four Seasons concierge experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal; an additional language an asset.
  • Ability to use a variety of software programs.
