Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of broad medical and scientific expertise within given Disease/Therapeutic Areas.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster long-term relationships with Therapeutic Area Experts (TAEs) to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with medical knowledge and marketing strategy, applying this expertise to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze insights from TAEs during clinical visits to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic planning.
  • Work collaboratively with the Disease Area Medical Lead to develop and implement effective medical strategies that drive business results.
  • Identify opportunities for clinical research and propose new centers for consideration, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards, minimizing risk and promoting a culture of integrity.
  • Deliver responsive and accurate support to healthcare professionals, enhancing their experience and driving loyalty.
  • Evaluate the training needs of internal stakeholders and provide tailored training support to enhance their capabilities.
