Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring TK eSIM activation and CAV registration with RPA
  • Improving local MNO management and technical descriptions of contracts/documents
  • Performing line-based checks for invoice acceptance (eSIM), rejection, and follow-up
  • Developing applications to automate manual processes
  • Following and synthesizing after-sales eCall alerts and Connected vehicles notifications
  • Tracking open tickets affected by TK tools
  • Monitoring SNI1 studies and bootstrap problems

Key Skills:

  • Degree in Electrical & Electronics/Mechatronics
  • 2 years of experience in the connectivity field
  • Fluency in English
  • A highly motivated self-starter and team-player with good communication skills
