We're looking for a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team in Sultanbeyli, İstanbul. As a Field Engineer, you'll be responsible for increasing brand awareness, providing technical support, and sharing the latest product information with PC customers, retailers, and workshop networks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You'll also need to be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and have very good oral and written language skills in Turkish and English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit PC customers, retailers, and workshop networks to increase brand awareness and provide technical support.
  • Collect market information from the field and prepare related reports based on Sales Core.
  • Actively participate in a global group of Field Engineers and coordinate local activities and trainings.
  • Prepare, organize, and conduct trainings for customers and the sales team on the technical advantages of our product groups.
  • Control and implement market actions in close coordination with other departments for workshop level and managing the ZF Ticket System.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in a technical field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the automotive sector in a similar position.
  • Very good oral and written language skills in Turkish and English.
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Self-motivated personality with very good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
