Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Assistant Manager, Compliance to support the business functions with internal compliance relating to SOx audit process, internal audit process, and external audit processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with all business functions/stakeholders to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
Key Responsibilities- Risk Identification: Identify significant risks in processes, projects, services, business applications, and assess the design, effectiveness, and efficiency of internal controls over risks.
- Action Planning: Develop and/or assist in developing action plans for improvement where required, and revise internal procedures, policies, reports periodically to identify risks or non-conformity issues.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with all business functions/stakeholders when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
- English Proficiency: Proficient English skills are essential for this role.
- Educational Background: Undergraduate degree educated with relevant professional qualification.
- Professional Experience: 3+ years' experience with a reputable audit firm and/or corporate industry experience (FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment).
