The Financial Reporting and Capital Management – Assistant Manager will report directly to the Head of Department.
**Main Accountabilities:**
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- Lead the analysis and preparation of financial reports and information required for domestic and international issuances and borrowings.
- Collaborate with the audit firm to ensure compliance with quarterly IFRS and BRSA Independent Audit processes.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Proven experience in financial reporting departments of banks or in financial sector audits at independent auditing firms.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience, depending on the position.
- Excellent knowledge of financial reporting closing processes and financial reporting standards.
- Fluent in English and proficient in MS Office.
